The moves will sure help you fix your hip dips and give you a well-rounded butt. You can perform these hip workouts while relaxing and yet they are very effective in giving you a large hip.
You will at some point need to get a resistant band to do the moves with for faster result and create more tension.
If you are growing the hips or any muscle you will need to also take in a lot of protein.
Protein is the primary nutrient to grow bigger muscles size.
